THERAPY
I am a trans/ queer-affirming trauma-informed therapist with specialized training in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling. My work is deeply relational, which means I focus on what’s happening between us and within you in the present moment, helping you connect more fully with your experience. I also draw from Gestalt therapy, which is a hands-on, here-and-now approach that helps you become aware of your feelings and patterns in real time, so you can make meaningful changes. Rather than just talking about the past, we pay attention to what’s alive inside you and in our connection during sessions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore your identity, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward a place of greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Cost: $100/ 50-minute session (sliding scale available)

OUTDOOR THERAPY

Taking our work outside can provide powerful insights that come from moving, breathing, and being in relationship with the natural world around us. For many trans and queer people, nature can be a place of reclamation. It invites us back into our bodies, back into relationship with ourselves, and back into a world that holds fluidity, diversity, and change as inherent truths. In nature, nothing is fixed—everything is becoming. That mirrors the deep wisdom of queer and trans experiences: that identity, embodiment, and selfhood are not static, but alive, evolving, and worthy of reverence.
Whether we’re walking through a quiet trail, sitting beside the creek, or simply noticing the wind on your skin, nature can offer a kind of grounding that’s hard to find elsewhere—a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, where your existence is not questioned, but mirrored and affirmed.
Cost: $100/ 50-minute session (sliding scale available)
QUEER
RELATIONSHIP
THERAPY
Your relationship doesn’t need to be in crisis to deserve care. Whether you’re feeling stuck in the same argument, craving deeper connection, navigating identity or life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, you deserve a space where both of you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I specialize in working with couples and partners across the LGBTQ+ spectrum—including non-monogamous, trans, and queer relationships. Together, we’ll slow things down and get curious about the patterns you’re caught in, so that we can better understand what each of you is feeling, needing, and hoping for.
I work through a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens and draw from a range of relationship therapy modalities to create an individualized approach that fits your relationship’s specific needs. Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication challenges, or something harder to name, we’ll build a toolkit that supports growth, safety, and trust between you and your partner(s).
Cost: $100/ 60-minute session (sliding-scale available)

COACHING

Coaching is all about empowering you to move forward with intention and clarity. In our work together we will create a safe and affirming space for you to explore your goals, strengths, and challenges at your own pace. In this process, you’ll gain the tools to navigate obstacles, uncover new insights, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
I offer a supportive and encouraging approach that meets you where you are, helping you build the confidence and skills you need to make decisions that align with your values and aspirations. Together, we’ll work toward actionable solutions, focusing on what’s most important to you and helping you take consistent steps toward your personal growth and success.
Cost: $100/ 50-minute session (sliding scale available)
SUPPORT GROUPS
Finding a space where you feel truly understood and seen is a powerful experience. Unfortunately, as trans men and trans masc folks, this does not happen very often. Therefore, our virtual and in-person support groups are designed for trans men, men of trans experience, and trans masc folks who are looking to connect with others who share similar identities and life experiences.
Meeting weekly for 10 weeks at a time, these groups offer a warm and welcoming environment to build community, share stories, and support one another. Together, we’ll explore mindfulness-based tools, navigate personal growth, and cultivate meaningful connections in a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. Come as you are, and let’s grow together.
Typical Group size: 4 -10 participants
Surviving the Holidays: November 6th, 2025 (ONLINE)

Too often, we as trans people have to fight to be believed, respected, or even just referred to correctly. Here, you won’t have to justify your identity or prove your experience—I trust that you know yourself best.
My role is to support you, help you navigate life’s challenges, and give you the tools to feel more grounded, confident, and affirmed in who you are.
